Jewellery/Hair
Jewellery can be potentially dangerous in PE lessons and when playing outside. Please do not send children to school wearing jewellery. Children must not wear earrings during any P.E. or swimming lessons. If children are unable to remove their earrings they will not be able to take part. It is not acceptable to tape over earrings for these lessons as it offers very little protection. We would advise that if children are having their ears pierced that they do this at the beginning of the summer holidays. Children may wear one pair of small stud earrings. No other style is permitted.
Please also ensure that long hair is always tied back.
