We have created the website to keep parents up to date with school news and notices, and to showcase some of the great things our pupils are achieving.  We will always keep our website updated so please look regularly.

Our Vision:

Broomgrove Infant School is an inclusive, friendly school serving the community in and around Wivenhoe and the University of Essex.

We aim to support all members of the school community to be the best they can be including: children, teachers, support staff and families.  We provide a varied, exciting curriculum that is adapted and tailored to engage all children and provide them with the skills for learning.

We are giving of our time and talents and actively engage with parents and carers, and the local, and international community, to ensure children are equipped to make a positive contribution to the world we live in. This is at the heart of everything we do and we work with families to provide the support they need, in order that their child’s learning, spiritual and developmental needs to be met.  We encourage feedback and strive to improve our practice continually.

Most importantly, we provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and develop, and staff to flourish: creating a positive experience of education together.
